@ARLukomski Who has made the best signings in your opinion? Which teams and players stand out?

@NCRichie Solihull have bought well. They got their act together as a club in the summer of 2018 and they are making progress. Paul McCallum is a smart capture from Eastleigh (he was 2nd top scorer last season and they got him on a free). Mitch Hancox won this league with Macclesfield and Callum Howe is proven at this level with Harrogate and Lincoln.

Bromley have made a good signing in Billy Bingham. Bringing Josh Rees back is a brilliant piece of business. Think he scored 16 a few seasons back for them from central midfield. Also scored two goalscorers in Michael Cheek and Adrian Clifton. Cheek has scored goals in Tier 5 for Ebbsfleet and Braintree before. Clifton scored 13 last season for Maidenhead and I think he swept all the end of season awards for United last season. 

Boreham Wood also did alright in the transfer market. Tyrone Marsh has experience at this level and won the league with Macc in 2018. Kabongo Tshimanga is a great signing. Scored 24 goals for Oxford City last season in National League South. Piero Mingoia is a capable winger shown from his spells at Accrington.
