I know this is old, yet I couldn't be arsed with The Mirror but I will give them some praise for unearthing the Alex May story.

Exclusive the NEP, will say they know more, but really they're sitting in their office writing at a desk and reading other stories which honestly isn't reporting. People have said this when @Joe Jones used to re-write things.
