I’ve got a Fitbit on which I can log my exercises like runs, walks, elliptical etc., it does help with motivation and encouragement, I did have it linked to Strava but it seems to have dropped that link and I can’t make it work now.

I was on a camping holiday in France when this match happened, I vividly remember sitting in hot sunshine with the car door open listening to a very crackly medium wave radio, I had to turn the car to get a half decent reception on medium wave.

Mansfield seem to be dropping a few points lately, are the wheels coming off?

Well done on all the exercising, I think we should now know you as Mr. Motivator. ???? I’m 71 and I didn’t take up running until 2012 when my son died, I started with Couch25k as a distraction to help my mental health, I really enjoy the park runs but have got slower over the years now I’m just happy to finish, currently I do it in around 34 minutes. I’m hoping to join the Octogenarian park runners when the time comes. My brother died aged 55 of a stroke I was determined not to die young, I try to exercise as much as my body allows and eat healthily which is important too.

Blimey @Ohh Tommy Johnson that’s serious keep fit your doing. I’m guessing you’re quite a bit younger than me, I can just about manage the 5k park run on Saturday then it’s midweek walks and the odd 30 mins or so on cross trainer, exercise bike or rowing machine but the latter two give me a sore bum.

Is anyone else fed up with these storms? We’ve no sooner got rid of one and another is whistling through. My weather gadget tells me it’s 5.7 degrees out there at the moment and the lowest overnight temperature was 3.9 degrees, so no car scraping for you poor people who have to go out to work early. ????

I’m really pleased to see us bolstering the defence, at 6’ 4” he sounds like a big lad who should be able to help deal with set pieces. I’m looking forward to seeing him play.

There’s a lot of water to flow under Trent Bridge before May and play offs but let’s keep our fingers crossed it would be an amazing achievement.

This game sticks in my memory, mainly because I took my then 14 year old son who was a Man Utd fan, he later turned into a Notts fan and we spent many happy hours watching Notts together.
