Hello and welcome to Pride of Nottingham's very first PoNcast!

Hosted by Notts Joe and Joe "JJ" Jones, this milestone first episode looks at Notts County's chances of survival in League One ahead of our last game away at Gillingham. We touch on our recent form and results, our last game against Doncaster Rovers, the job that new manager Ricardo Moniz has done so far at the helm of the Magpies, and the return of Jimmy Spencer from long-term injury. We also discuss the latest developments on the PoN website and within the PoN community, before wrapping up the show with a look at the Nottingham All-Stars derby between Notts and Forest on Sunday May 17!

We hope you enjoy the show and of course, COME ON YOU PIES!

Nice one both of you. I see you stuck with the rock intro rather than my Depeche Mode suggestion!

A good listen. Well done. :)

It didn't suite the mood, you never know we may jingle it in.

Working on some of these!

Great! Awesome stuff.

This will put everything together and boy do you both sound good. Yes, perhaps a little calmer and steady but this comes with time. What a great idea, I hope more will support this because it will be a great piece for the site.

Well done to all involved.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

Don McLean

I gave it a listen last night, it sounded really professional and will only improve further over time! Good effort

The future is bright, what with the site, the PONcast and further developments....bring it on

I thought you were going to break into song after the first two parts of that sentence.  Strangely poetic with "bright" and "site" rhyming
