Rhubarb cider has arrived

Featured Replies

So myself and @Chrisย like a pint of cider well today at the away game we found rhubarb cider ... we couldnโ€™t believe and had have to have a pint to mark the day.ย

Never lessย ย to say it went down nice ...

Has anyone else heard or tasted it at all guys and girls.?

It's quirky but nice, I wouldn't have tried it if you hadn't got it me.

I think I'll try other things in the future and stop being so stubborn with this kind of thing, as I'll find more things I like if I do. ????ย

Not sure you can call it cider if its made with rhubarb. Surely cider has to be made with apples?

Anyway I'm not that keen on cider, I used to drink it years ago but now I find it a bit acidy on my stomach. I prefer a nice pint of real ale myself.

Don't think @super_ram will be trying it anytime soon.He doesn't like rhubarb much.

I'm not much of a fan of any of these relatively new so called ciders but that's me .It's not for me to tell folks what to drink. You just drink what YOU enjoy.ย @Chrishas tried to get me to try some of them, and I have, but for me they're just a novelty drink for christmas or holiday time.I don't mind one now and again just for a change butย  I'd much rather join @Piethagoramย with a pint (or more) of Doom Bar.(I've some in the house at the moment)
