Weekly Round Up- Week 4 (5/1/20-12/1/20)

Not really an interesting week again, work and sorting my life out really. Been slightly unwell, just a slight cough but getting on with it.Β

Woke up at 6 today for a team meeting and my manager announced that she is going to a different store. As stupid as it sounds, I am going to miss her, the 3 years I've been working, she is one I've been the closest to.Β

My driving lessons start again Wednesday, after finding a new instructor and I take my theory test for the second time on ThursdayΒ ????

Very mixed emotions this week for me. How has your week been?Β

It's not been a busy week for me, I have spent most of it just tidying up the house.

I've been watching the odd film at night before I go bed, See no evil, hear no evil one of those. I went to see Notts yesterday, and that's about all I can say.

I went for a drive to Kent today, seen some friends which I haven't done for some time.

Yesterday, I didn't attend the Notts game. I decided that I would spend it at home. I mostly watched TV.

At the beginning of the week, I spent time tidying up the house and pantry, I went shopping for food and relaxed later. Nothing special.

Back to routine for us all this week, been busy at school this week plus helped on a panto trip to something we saw as a family in nov but enjoyed it.Β

I'm unsure if it's a good or bad thing that I don't remember what I did last week.

Usually I do, however, again I have been unwell and that's becoming tiring within itself to say. I can't wait for the warmer weather for once. I didn't even manage to go Notts yesterday.

Back to school for me.

Catching up on home work and friends, once I got home I just didn't want to do much else.

I have been ranting about my new adventure in these threads, but I have halted temporarily on the home improvements. It's all I have done since packing in my job, between the house and trying to sell my truck I haven't had a lot of free time.

The past week I have been exploring the local area.

Just going on a few hours walks, seeing what the areas like. Not many live where I have settled which is part of the appeal, straight out of my backyard I have a stunning view of open plains. It's like unwinding back, going to a different era or stepping into the Wild West.

I will soon have the house a proper home, then I can figure out if I aim to start a different adventure or live off my saving.

I am planning to travel to Italy and Egypt this year.

It will be nice to explore more without working, but travelling without driving will take some getting used too.Β

Good luck, take it from me there is nothing like having the freedom of the open road.

work mostly, its back to normal hours but we still have a lot of packages and crates to handle. its a fast pace environment where it does not slack off even after christmas. if anything, it still feels like december because of the quick turnaround that is needed.

i have not had a lot of free time.

Italy is great, I went there in the mid 80's and early 90's. It's peaceful and relaxing, nothing like the UK or America.
