The Pride of Nottingham is thrilled to declare that the moment has arrived to recognise the goal of the season! This distinguished honour is awarded to the player who has netted the most spectacular and unforgettable goal of the year. We’re seeking a goal that represents the spirit of Nottingham and has had a considerable impact on our team’s performance. Who will be crowned this year’s champion? The decision rests with you!

Castro’s free kick was a game-changer. From the moment the ball left his foot and soared into the back of the net, it was clear that this was the winning moment. The skill and precision of that shot were truly impressive.

"Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value."

Tough one. I have three which I really like. The 2 free-kicks are quality, Castro's is probably more impressive but the pressure and occasion of the Wrexham game was huge. I've voted for my other favourite though...

I’ve cast my vote for the player of the season and it was a tough decision. There were three or four players who I thought were strong contenders and it made the choice even harder. In the end, I decided to go with John Bostock for his incredible free kick against Wrexham. It was a moment that really stood out for me.

I voted for Jim O'Brien's strike from outside the box against Scunthorpe, but it could've easily been any of the other goals for sure. It's just I remember it more vividly and recall how it really spurred the club on.

A field where dreams become reality.

In my opinion, the season's highlight has to be Macaulay Langstaff's superb rebound goal against Yeovil on 18th February. It was an exceptional demonstration of skill and perseverance, and undoubtedly merits acknowledgement as one of the season's top goals.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

@Fozzy please let me know I look through all 117 league goals I do have 3 honour-mentions as well and it was hard to choice 10

This was tough even for me as I watch all 117 goals and it tough to get even to 13 but again it's tough

My favourite was Taylor's strike against Maidenhead in the first game of the season, I'm also surprised (amazed at who from) Mitchell's goal away against Boreham Wood didn't make the list as it was a good turn and strike from outside the area. Both were higher quality goals than most of those listed.

Macaulay Langstaff’s effort against Wrexham gets my vote for Goal of the Season. It was a fantastic display of skill and determination.

All of the goals this season have been of a high standard, but John Bostock gets my seal of approval. His skill and determination on the field have been impressive and he has consistently delivered outstanding performances but his goal against Wrexham is unbeatable in my eyes.

Jim O'Brien's goal against Scunthorpe United was a standout moment this season. It's not just because I like him as a player, but purely because of the quality of the goal itself. If it weren't for that, I would have voted for him as Player of the Season too. He has consistently delivered outstanding performances and has been a key player for the team.

I have to say that John Bostock’s free kick against Wrexham was an absolute beauty. Not only was it a superb strike, but it was an excellent goal that managed to beat the experienced Ben Foster.

Just to mention, I have watched all the goals and therefore I am voting. I believe the free-kick by John Bostock was an excellent strike. It couldn't have been any clearer or better placed. It was so good.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.
