I wanted to embed that tweet like you clever folk do, what am I doing wrong? @Chris anyone?

You mean like this @Fan of Big Tone ? ????

I thought it did it automatically. I guess not, anyway I pressed the enter button after posting the link and that converted it into the embedded tweet.

As for the actual fixtures, I'm never really too bothered by pre-season. But what's with us playing TBC 3 times, couldn't we have found someone else? PSV? QPR?

Stoke City is a rather decent team to invite to Meadow Lane, as they contribute a significant amount of support. It's not something I believe to be entirely negative at all.

Yes, at one point, links would automatically embed when you pasted them into the chat. It still works for me, but it’s not as instantaneous as it used to be. Pressing enter usually does the trick, and this includes YouTube videos.

It seems that Matlock and Stoke City are the only two teams that have been confirmed so far.

The game against Matlock might be played by the reserve team. I’m hoping that we’ll get to face another strong team at home. I’d prefer to avoid playing against lower-ranked teams, with the exception of Basford United. Their ground is usually a good place to play.

I’ve just edited my post and clicked enter but it doesn’t work. :huh2:

A Notts friendly against the Rams would be good.

This is the 100th post today, can I go to bed now.:rollonfloorlaughing:

My carer said I could stay up late if I was a good boy and apparently it’s jelly for tea tomorrow. ????

Pre-season is starting to take shape. The Stoke City game should be a good test for the club. Hopefully, whoever the second home team is, it’s a team at least in League One. Just not Derby again, sorry @super_ram.

Pre-season is looking good. I hope we play a National League team like Chesterfield or Solihull Moors away from home. The final home game to be announced will hopefully be a good one and get fans into the seats ahead of the new season.

Your link seems different than the one I got from the tweet, but I could still embed yours. @Chris will sort it, I am sure.

The pre-season holds no significance for me, as it's merely a warm-up for the players. Can anyone inform me if Notts continues to live stream matches during the pre-season?

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

@Fan of Big Tone are you using an iPhone or something else? It could be a bug related to that.

Can you try this link, paste it in as plain text. Then press enter/return to give it space; you should get it to embed then.

the stoke city game will be a nice one, much better than i had expected. well done to the club for sorting it.

I am excited for the pre-season and will definitely watch the home games. @liampie, I might also join you for some away games.
