You wanted a new manager, now you've got one, some people are never happy.

You sound like a Conservative politician! We wanted an experienced manager. What we got was the exact opposite! Maybe he's another Mourinho......

Let's just hope that things start to settle and we finally have a manage who can last two seasons, the only way this mess will sort it self out and for stability to truly happen is for it to see a transition period whereby the manager retains players, staff and of course his own job.

Personally I am disappointed because 'experience' is important but he can learn.

I will be more disappointed if the outcome doesn't reflect on Jamie being given chance or time to learn, whilst if it doesn't work out - I will be also but more so if he's fired for reaching targets which you cannot really expect. Is promotion out of the question this season? No, yet I think it signals that we probably won't. Next year? Who knows but I just want us to play decent football and have a few seasons whereby we know what to expect.

Am I going to moan? Of course not.

But did we get one?

Nope. We got an under 21 coach who, by all accounts is arrogant, a bully and hated by most of the people who've worked or played with him. (Allegedly!!!)

Might as well stuck with Dryden.

He does sound a right tw@t

Or, as I think the original post suggests, we might as well have stuck with Moniz.  I know he had an awful lot of questions to answer, but so does the completely untried rookie we've got now.  The thing is that I've actually enjoyed the games at Meadow Lane this season, the entertaining football has been a refreshing change to the unrelenting tedium we've suffered ever since Munto.  I would have given Moniz the rest of the season to try and get the away form sorted then made a decision.

What right do you have to tell me I'm wrong?  You're not my Granddaughter.

Oh no he isn't...............

Oh yes he is..............

Well it is panto season, and it seems like Notts have put  their faith in a handful of magic  beans.

Moniz knew the defence was the problem but could not get fresh faces in until january but was not given the chance to rectify it. It doesnt help that he was not a fan of the loan system, hence so many players were coming in pre season.

If faced with the choice of Moniz or Fullarton - I would pick Moniz.

If faced with the choice of Moniz or a manager such as Sheridan ... I would probably pick Sheridan.

What strikes me most, is that Martin Allen was a total lunatic, and still is, but you would trust him to do a better job with Trews' money than the Trews' themselves.

Moniz knew the defence was a shambles in the summer @pokerpie, and he did nothing about it. He and Branston made a mess of putting this squad together, but they might have put things right in the coming window.

If you're going to sack Moniz, you need to bring in an experienced man who knows where we're going wrong and how to put it right so we can climb the table quickly. If the board has written off this season, as it seems to have done with JF's appointment, we might as well have stuck with Ricky. At least we would have given him the opportunity to learn from his experiences of English football from the last 9 months or so.

Derry was a disaster in many ways but had we stuck with him he might perhaps have learned that you can't build a competitive team out of old codgers and we would probably be in a better position. That's not saying much though, and if we were 12th in League Two under Derry we probably wouldn't be a happy ship.

way too many came in pre season, the defence we had should have been good enough but he went for players who play attacking football.

moniz should have realised we required at least two very defensive players right at the start.

Inexperience is a big problem and with confirmation of a number 2, it seems we will be relying on further inexperience from Halsall and Drydan.

Why could we not just have made a sensible appointment for once?

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

I have no regrets that the Dutch clown has gone he was no gift of God like some belive okay attacking was alrite but the kids games at half time have better defenders.

If Fullarton does alrite moniz will be a distant memory I'm waiting for his next job seen as his cv is so fantastic i won't change my views on him just cause we appoint someone else who everyone thinks is gonna be crap.

Moniz wasn't a manager he was so thick he thought Jon stead was a winger and he was the most stubborn arrogant person I've ever seen who could not take advice.????????

oh an moniz had 5-6 months in English football and was still clueless the Salford defeat showed his inteligence and tactical genius.

Also him an guy branston having a competiton who can sign the most players bringing his mate Jenner always got a game no matter how terrible of a false winger he is.

There is no way this guy can do any worse in my opinion personally I was calling for cooper but i accept the appointment
