I wasn’t at the match so I may be talking complete rubbish but it sounded like Enzio had a good game, his pace caused lots of trouble for the Maccs defence and of course he won the penalty with his never say die attitude which Sir Jon calmly put away.

You keep voting for Fitzsimons @Piethagoram but he only made one real save, the rest was basic. I would give him credit for it, as the effort on target late on did seem to be going in until he dealt with it but I'm a little miffed to be honest.

Enzio Boldewijn was for me the best player on the pitch.

Chris,

Not true @Chris Tough call between Fitz and Stead today... Disagree with your view Boldewijn...yes great going forward but very weak defensively today. I always try to give a balanced view

Can’t comment on MoM as I missed the game but 3 points is more than I expected & 9 from 3 is fantastic. I had my doubts about bringing Brisley in but get the reasoning completely.

game by game Harry is proving the doubters (and I was one) wrong. Let’s just hope we don’t lose momentum with the loss of the Oldham game and we can continue the progression up the table.

But @Chris still think I have more credibility than The Guardian reporter...

The only team without a win to their name in the Football League is Macclesfield, who lost 1-0 to Notts County, as the experienced Jon Stead headed home the winner at Moss Rose.

It's how people see things differently, I suppose. I don't think Stead offered much myself.

Just discussing, not meaning to sound like I'm attacking your judgement because at the end of the day it's your opinion. That's something I can't and wouldn't argue about, just personally for me I don't think Fitzsimons deserved it.

🤣

Didn't you see the Macclesfield keeper save the shot but palm it out? Fantastic reaction header by Steady. LOL

For me it’s between Enzio and turnkey .. but Enzio just got my vote.

Enzio for me.

Between Enzio and Wardy for me.

I voted for Boldewijn though.

Enzio Boldewijn would get my Man of the Match, he worked himself into the ground and tried to change the game.

I think those that disagree or moan on social media should take the time to vote. 😆

Glad to see Enzio getting the credit he deserves. Class player that will save our season imo. Without him...Oh dear...

Well done to Enzio for picking another PON Man of the Match up.

I'd of said Enzio myself, but i was too late to vote.
