i have been working a lot more recently, i am doing training and a management course. im also now looking to get on to the property leader.

Car shopping, a long weekend in Strasbourg (top tip: Hotel Origami. Brand new, cheap and central) and a break from football.

I’ve been going on regular walks, now It’s not east but it’s worthwhile and the results are promising. I’m more in a routine and mentally I feel better.

Out the last few months, only a few has been bad.

I’ll take that!

The usual routine... Volunteering at school and then doing everything that needs to be done at home.

Watching the Women's World Cup. Other than that, the usual routine.

I’ve found a new interest ! Lure coursing. I have. 16 month old Whippet and this last weekend we traveled to Newbury to meet his father & brother and to watch dogs of all breeds, shapes & sizes chase a plastic bag tied to a pulley round a field .... sound boring ? Not a bit of it, it’s exciting and real. No money involved just owners with their dogs having a great time. Totally sporting, no one upmanship and If a dog does well everyone everyone is happy.

I think all the shenanigans going on at Notts has forced me to look elsewhere for my sporting enjoyment.

Before all this rain, I had been going about tidying my garden and have returned the past two days.

Writing, working and eating. The cycle repeats and I can’t say how much I want football to return. Right now I feel disappointed to because a Notts fan.

I have been away to South Asia for two weeks, starting up work tomorrow. Hoping all the mess can start to be cleaned up.
