As the new season approaches, it’s time to make our predictions for the upcoming year. In this post, we’ll be discussing our thoughts on the following categories: Best Signing, Highest Goal Scorer, Most Improved, Player of the Season, Most Starts in the Season, and Best partnership between two players. Best Signing: Dan Crowley (NOT Crawley) or Aidan Stone.
Highest Goal Scorer: Macaulay Langstaff.
Most Improved Player of the Season: Connell Rawlinson.
Most Starts in the Season: Matt Palmer. 🤞🏻
Best partnership between two players: Macaulay Langstaff & David McGoldrick.

Highest Goal Scorer: Macca
Most Improved Player of the Season: Kyle Cameron.
Most Starts in the Season: Matt Palmer or Dan Crowley.
Best partnership between two players: Matt Palmer and John Bostock.

Please don’t misunderstand my comment about Kyle Cameron. He has been superb, but I believe that this season we will see him eliminate many of the issues that have divided fans. He should have more time on the ball and I think he will be solid defensively. I don’t believe he will be caught out as often as we have seen in the past.

I’m not dissing Jodi either, I just think as he’ll have had proper pre-season and will probably play in a more attacking role we’ll see an even better player.

Most Improved Player of the Season: This one is tricky as they were all so good last season. I reckon Scott could give the manager a real selection headache up top.

I reckon we should do this at the end of the season it’d be easier.

Best signing: David McGoldrick

Highest scorer:Got to be Langstaff surely,

Most improved player: Sam Austin

Most starts: Palmer of course, he’s got to be first on the team sheet unless injured (God forbid)

Best Partnership: I’m hoping Langstaff and McGoldrick, get banging them goals in lads!
