RIP Colin Murphy

Featured Replies

The news of Colin Murphy’s passing is indeed tragic. He was a Notts manager who should have been given more time, despite the disappointing results in the season following the missed promotion opportunity. May he rest in peace.

Colin Murphy isn’t a name with which I’m overly familiar, but regardless, he was a member of our club and it’s saddening to hear of such a loss. I extend my sympathies to his family and friends, may Colin rest in peace.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

Proud to be a Notts County Supporter for over 60 years.

I remember Colin Murphy's time at Notts; my grandfather was disappointed with his departure.

Rest in Peace, Colin Murphy. :(

A field where dreams become reality.

This was very sad to learn about, I thought I had paid my respects but it would seem I did not. Colin Murphy is a man of football, he has done a lot for many clubs and could be considered unlucky with Notts.

May he rest in peace.

I feel a bit disrespectful that I don't know who he is, but I see he managed Notts. I do appreciate his time with the club and I do wished I knew more about him and his time here. Rest in Peace, Colin Murphy.
