Could relegation be a blessing in disguise?

So we have had 7 days to digest the relegation and what’s happened with our beloved Notts county this season. But I’ve got to say after taking time to think about it this has been coming. We did have a good last season what with the play off but to come from that to relegation is not excepted-able. It seems for every high we achieve a period of hell follows. Promotion to league one then battles against relegation then relegation same this season. But it seems every time we have a new owner relegation follows.

I’m thinking maybe this relegation could be a blessing in disguise because we can rebuild and hopefully get a owner that knows his stuff and get some stability I may be being a idiot but what dose everyone else think?

I thought it would be a blessing after Notts came down from League One.

The focus has never been set straight, so much that goes against the hard work done by the club. If it's to move forward, the club needs to handle PR much better and avoid turning the club into a circus. Something the past two owners has failed.

Not a blessing, yet a chance to "reset". The club should have focused more on making good decisions, instead its lost pretty much everything but the fans.

A field where dreams become reality.

It's much too early to say. If we follow the example set my Bristol Rovers or Orient and finally sort ourselves out then quite possibly. If we blow it yet again and find ourselves in the bottom four, on the other hand...

I don't think relegation could ever be a blessing, it only highlights failure and all the things that the club is doing wrong. If they get it right next season, it will be due to learning and not from any sort of blessing.

It might have forced the issues somewhat.

I don't think its a blessing, it might do the community around Notts more good.

It should get rid of some of the woodworms who thought it was going to be all laughs last season after the playoff success.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

I agree with that.

I don't think any relegation can be said to be a blessing, it's a sign of failure and nothing good comes of that.

It could give the club a fresh chance to overlook its operation however.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.
