April 23, 201411 yr #2 I hope we can get a win from this game as we need one. I'm not sure what Swindons form is recently.
April 23, 201411 yr #4 they are in good form it seems and not conceding many, i hope we can break them down with spencer and murray. i would start mcgregor because hes the type of player who will be able to get the ball forward, along with grealish. i would not change a lot though mondays game tho.i hope we can win but i would take a draw, i dont want to see us lose by 2 goals. coyps!
April 23, 201411 yr #5 Let's hope the pressure doesn't get to them too much. We could do with a really big win again rather than a 1-0. Then again if offered 1-0 now i'd jump at it!!!
April 23, 201411 yr #6 Well I said we would fall back into the relegation zone, had we have won or draw some of these important games I think we would be safe now. The fans are largely impacting the games, encouraging the players and there is a good feeling right now going into games. I think Swindon are not unbeatable, they are a good side but if we pass it around and create chances we can do well.Hoping for a win, I see a draw.
April 23, 201411 yr #7 Swindon will score I reckon. I don't see us winning this game to be honest. I think we'll do well to get a draw.
April 23, 201411 yr #8 Huge game - massive! Our survival hopes depend upon us getting at least a draw, even if all the others around us lose. Swindon aren't likely to make the play offs IMO & they are due a defeat, but they will be up for it!Tough call - we need more than 1 goal and we didn't put Crawley's keeper under much pressure on Sat. With the nerves kicking in, it will be a tense job, that is for certain. I fancy we'll get a draw tbh. Come on you Piiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeees.
April 23, 201411 yr #9 I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a win! Nought so funny as the beautiful game eh.
April 23, 201411 yr #10 We are on a decent run at the moment having recently beaten Preston, Sheffield United and Brentford at home BUT lost to Carlisle away and have been poor on the road especially against teams near the bottom. Playoffs are mathematically possible but we need two wins and Peterborough no better than one defeat and a draw ... it's out of our hands. I guess you will probably want it more!!!

April 23, 201411 yr #12 I reckon if we get the first goal then their players will have minds on the beach and hopefully that should lead to a 2-0 victory and ultimately survival
April 23, 201411 yr #13 The stats suggest a draw to me, I think both sides will cancel each other out and this will ultimately end up pretty dull.
April 24, 201411 yr #14 I think it will probably end in a draw, more likely for a win against Oldham I would've thought
April 24, 201411 yr #15 This is really it isn't it. It is a do or die situation. We need to point, that will be the bare minimum. Given our recent form over the last six weeks, I believe we've mustered up enough courage, fight, passion, etc. etc. To pushover the line. Talk about a rollercoaster, **** first half of the season, better second half of the season. And as a lot of people said, it would go down to the last game of the season. Which it probably will, because even if we lose tomorrow. Our goal difference and the fact that we need to win is what will spur us on in the oldham game. All in all, with the fans behind us, and the fact that it's a home game. Both bode well this weekend, and I think we will have enough to score a few goals. Perhaps on a knife edge, with Swindon scoring a goal. 3-1 to the mighty piesJack Mac Murray 7598 Cooooommmeeee Oooonnnnnnn Yyyoouuuuu Pppiiiiieesssss
April 24, 201411 yr #18 If we are this nervous now, the next day and a half are going to be a pain in the rear. Imagine what the players are like! Hope SD and GA can keep them on their game and focused.
April 25, 201411 yr #20 If we've ever needed a result badly, it's tomorrow. If we can draw, hopefully some luck with stop the teams around us. If we win, it could be so much better! The annoying thing about our situation, will always be the possible points we dropped but the lads are making up for it. Can we beat Swindon? Of course we can, anyone can beat each other.I'm hopeful we can score first - It would be go along way! COYP's!! It's all set for the last game of the season watch!
April 25, 201411 yr #21 Even more nervous right now. I'll be watching Weymouth Reserves with my mate tommorow. At least that's the plan. I reckon I may spend a fair chunk of that game looking at my phone. I'd much rather be there. No matter what situation we're in I'm never that bad if I can actually be at the game and see it all unfold. But to just sit there looking at the score not knowing whats going on is horrible!
April 26, 201411 yr #22 I think we'll need to play better than we did against Crawley to win this game. Need all the results to go our way plus 3 points for us to take some of the pressure off the Oldham game.
April 26, 201411 yr #23 Crawley wouldn't have been a game to set standards by but it was one we was good enough to claim the points, earlier in the season we would have lost a game like that but it shows the work and progress that Shaun Derry is making (Greg Abbott too). That game was quite boring, at least for me. Yes it was end to end but very little quality, especially from Notts who'd fall to pieces anywhere near the goal.I put that down to having played Friday and then the Monday, yet Today I hope to see us play with a little more ergency. If we can get the first goal(s) that would make a huge difference and it doesn't seem like we 'park the bus' or 'sit back anymore'. The lads clearly understand the task and importance, so I hope today they just buckle down and go out to prove a point. If we get a point and the others lose, then good but we really need to be pushing for a win.
