Thanks to you all for your birthday wishes. I had a quiet day off work, looking after my poorly son!

My daughter came back from Uni to give me a big hug, then me and the 4 kids had tea and cake. That's as rock n roll as it gets for me. My kids are fab :-)

The big 4 0 is as distant a memory as the Charlton away game at half time, Elite....
