I’m going with @samwatto2008Β on this one Jamie turley all the way he has took charge and has given ross some confidence.. you know it’s good when Ross cracks a smile followed by a fist bump and that for me is down to him.

Whilst I also agree that Turley (ha, predictive text wants to put Turkey!) has been a massive influence at the back and is probably the key, I want to make a special mention for Steady. I never used to be a massive fan of his, but the bloke always gives everything he has got and is a credit to our club. Every time we are in a bad run, you can guarantee he never shirks responsibility and you just can’t fault his effort.

enzio boldewijn because hes found his feet, he looked iffy when he first came but hes doing well now. hes one of those players you need to give a certain amount of freedom in exchange for the heart and fire that he brings. by far the most impressive player during the turn around, as he never gave up.

Some great call outs guys, but for me it has to be the return of Rob Milsom, just look at the influence he has had on Elliott Hewitt's game.

I would say Enzio has been a major driving force for Notts even before the 'turn around' happened but honestly, Lewis Alessandra has been a massive improvement for Notts and I feel he's been playing his best football under Harry Kewell.

He seems focused, eager to start and plays some great football.

Defensively he has offered a lot also, so it's hard to think elsewhere and I hope he can keep it up.

Jon Stead has made a real impact since giving him the captaincy, he's leading the side with all his experience and he gets a lot of stick for putting in effort that some players could only dream of giving.

He's just that steady professional.

I can't mention just one player.

I feel all the new defensive signings have made a real impact, Cedric Evina, Elliott Ward and Jamie Turley add a lot of experience and grit to the back. Lewis Alessandra has been class under Harry Kewell, he has shined and deserved to start. Jon Stead and Enzio Boldewijn are two players you can expect to cause sides headaches, they have equally done well also.

Jon Stead is the easy and obvious answer for me.

He seems to be the type of guy who arrives with a smile and works hard to keep it, he can go home after any game he's played this season knowing he's given 100% but I do agree that he's stepped things up and rewarded the club after Harry Kewell made him the captain.

I just hope once Richard Duffy returns that he doesn't lose it.

Stead has done wonders and he has sparked some of the revival in my opinion.
