Orient accompanied us into L2 last season. One of the favourites for promotion from L1, their season was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish.
Orient would have been many peoples tip to go straight back up this season and they started in spectacular fashion with 5 wins from 5 games. They have hit a bump in the road since though and haven't won in their last 5. Their latest defeat was a 2-1 home defeat to Carlisle.
Orient have 2 quality players in Dean Cox and Jay Simpson. Cox is a real goal scoring threat from midfield. Simpson is an out and out goal scorer.
Orient are a bit like Notts in that they like to play neat and attractive football. I think this will suit us. It has all the makings of a cracking game. I'm going for 3-2 to Notts. Izzy (2) and Campbell.

in the development game against Chesterfield yesterday we won 3-2 with Jimmy spencer scoring and a grisliest getting two and also setting up Jimmy spencer for his goal I think that's 4or 5 now for Jimmy even tho it's only development reserve level also if anyone is interested the trailist is a attacking forward player

Daggers are struggling at the bottom of the table. One place outside the drop zone. They have won 1 game out of 9.
Being honest, I don't rate them at all, they will pose little threat against us. McClure up front needs watching but that's about it.
I think we'll cruise to a 3-0 win. Izzy, Campbell and Hollis.

From Nottm Post:
Alan Sheehan willing to rejoin Notts County after being told he can leave Bradford City on loan.
By Nottingham Post
Alan Sheehan is open to a return to Notts County.
The Irishman has been told he can leave Bradford City on loan, which has put a number of League One clubs on alert for the former Magpies captain, who has just made his comeback from injury.
And the Post understands he would be more than willing to rejoin the Magpies, having made it clear they are the only League Two club he would join having helped inspire their 'Great Escape' under Shaun Derry in the 2013/14 season.
Notts' defence is currently under intense scrutiny, and the Magpies are currently playing without an authentic left-back, with Blair Adams and Rhys Sharpe currently out of favour.
Sheehan was a hugely popular character with the fans during the 'Great Escape' campaign when he helped lead the team clear of relegation.
He was crowned player of the season, having played 44 times and scored seven goals as Derry's side stayed up against all the odds.
Bradford then swooped for Sheehan, who can also play at centre-back, at the end of that season and handed the former Leeds United defender a two-year contract.
He made 31 appearances in his first season at the Bantams, scoring once.
And he has played three times so far this campaign and delivered an impressive performance on each occasion, but boss Phil Parkinson has decided he can leave the club on loan.

York are one of those teams pundits and fans alike tip for relegation before every season but they are still in the football league.
York have had a steady start to the season by their standards. 9 points from 8 games, 1 point and 1 place below Notts. They have only won 1 away game and that was against a woeful Newport side. They are on a 3 game unbeaten run. They have a couple of decent players in midfield. James Berrett has added real quality since his arrival in the Summer. Luke Summerfield is another threat in midfield. Their main threat up front is Reese Thompson. A lively player who will cause problems.
York are a high tempo, tackle everything type of side. They never give up, a good example was their comeback from 2 down at home to Carlise last weekend, impressive but even more impressive as they did it with 10 men.
No disrespect to York but any team with promotion ambitions need to be beating sides like York at home. It won't be easy I reckon but we'll win. 2-1. Izzy and Burke.

Morning all (well only just), I'm a bit late today.
Mrs. H. has gone to a Macmillan Cancer Coffee and Cake morning, I was tempted by the mention of cake but decided it would just be a lot of women gossiping so gave it a miss.
I've been having another busy day on the computer, the trouble with having holidays is that there is loads of work to do when I get back.
Tonight we have been invited to a friends house for curry. Mmmmm, looking forward to the meal and catching up.
So what are you all up to today?

Morning all, its a lovely bright sunny morning here but it started quite chilly, I suppose we ought to expect that in September. I noticed the leaves are starting to fall from the trees, we did still see a few swallows knocking about on the Isle of Wight when we were there recently so at least they haven't given up on summer just yet!
Today is another computer day, I've got lots of work to do and in between I'll have the odd break and get on here.
Tonight we are going to our SOBS meeting, there are always new folk who have recently been bereaved by suicide who turn up looking for support so having been there we try to help as best we can. It will be four years in February since our son died and it's still very painful life will never be the same just different but hopefully we can offer support to others.
On that cheery note, what have others got planned for today, work, school, uni, shopping, housework, let us know, lets get some chit chat going.
