Do you have a favourite County player

Featured Replies

At the moment it's either Jon Stead or Kane Hemmings. Respect Jon for everything he has done at Notts County, he went down in my books last year in terms of effort, but my god has he got my respect and will for the rest of the season regardless of form. What a man! Kano, love and admire his effort and he always shows he cares, making runs and looking to confuse the defence.

Jon Stead for me what a professional.

Out of the current squad my favourite player is Kane Hemmings.

I also like Shaun Brisley and I feel a stable centre back alongside him will get the best out of him. There's many former players that I like, such as Steve Cherry and Phil Turner.

A field where dreams become reality.

As @Fan of Big Tone said, Jon Stead is a model professional and for this reason he would be mine. Every time he's written off he proves himself, if Notts played better I think he would easily get double figures.

John stead and Matt Tootle so professional they speak to you like a mate so friendly. And they play their hearts outs great player.  noor Husin a great player and humble bloke spoke to him so many times last year. Bit Grumpy the last time but we had just lost but still pleasant chap.

Jon Stead.

Just the experience head and general nice guy that he seems to be.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

Pre-season, Jon Stead ran out at Roys Rolls looking fitter than I'd seen him before and clearly, 'ready, willing and able' for work.

It disgusts me to see the many Notts 'supporters' who continue to denigrate him, his efforts, his work-horse mentality and his professionalism, week-in, week-out, on social media; simply because, for me and mostly, he appears to be one of the few, actually 'trying'!

If half of our players learn anything from him, it will and should be, his work ethic. never feel he isn't proud to wear that shirt, that he not intent on putting us ahead nor that he just can't be arsed!

Viva el Stead!

Enzio Boldewijn is class, if he keeps his performances up and goals he will win the player of the season.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!
