Home shirts in high demand

So it was the opening day of the seaon as we took on Colchester and the club shop was busy as I’ve ever seen it everyone wanting to get there hands on the new shirts before the start of the season. Printer pete was rushed off his feet but as always did an amazing job with a smile  with the que nearly round the corner where the shirts are. Lynn and her team was rushed as well but displayed the perfect team work. With the large size just five  left and 5xl completely sold out other sizes going that way as well and the printing section taking the orders it did safe to say they ran out of some number as well even though they stocked up on everything. it’s safe to say the shop has had a busy day. When you factor in the heat of the shop as well with it being to warm for so many as well credit where it’s due I think it’s fair to say. 38454133_1784527241666492_8449754577514738521680_711545339195949_183736970051059

They was selling out well before and after the game, too warm and busy for me to bother buying anything.

Will the club re-order any when they sell out? Last season was poor that they had no for Christmas.

They will sell out and people will moan before it happens. Notts fans make me laugh, well some.

It was chaos in the club shop.

The shop needs to be slightly bigger, air conditioning is a must and we need to see more stock. Things would sell fast if times like today could have been managed a little better, not saying it's the club shop staff's fault - not at all, they can only do what they can.

This is an issue. Went in the other week and Pete was saying they have ran out of kids shorts and they order the news stuff 8 months in advance so can't get any more until near the end of the season which is a joke. So if the home shirts sell out then this would be a real shame because you would of thought they would've learnt their lesson from last year. Also don't know what people think about this but I think Lynn can be quite rude sometimes. I don't know just think sometimes she comes across as unprofessional and rude.

Just don't talk to her, speak to Pete or another staff member because Lynn is cold.

I best place my order now.

What size would people recommend I read that the shirt sizes are odd? I am normally a large shirt.

go two sizes up i would suggest.

its very tight fitting and even i have gone from being a small to a large.

Yeah, I have an XL sized shirt and usually I have a medium.

The sizes seem very mismatched and it will cause no end of trouble, Puma needs to sort it out.

Same here mate. Walked in. Bumped into @Chriswho was sweating buckets, thought do I really want to be that hot for the beginning of the game and walked straight back out!

Credit to the staff for working in such horrible conditions. Air Con needed!

The club needs to sort out a better agreement with Puma.

The shirts will sell out and then lost income will occur when Christmas and other occasions happen.

She only gives good "customer service" to the people she knows or is friends with.

Otherwise she blanks you or gets arsey over nothing. I don't like her personally, she's rude and unprofessional.

It depends on what mood Lynn seems to be in, Pete's always friendly as are the other staff.

The shirts will soon sell out. I wonder how many they ordered? Next season they should increase the amount.

I hate when Lynn stands talking to staff rather than serving customers, I waited for her to finish drinking her cup of tea once before she bothered to ring up my purchases. It's not like she was on a break either. Very rude person!

The staff are probably used to it, its worse going in from the street IMO.

You just suddenly increase to a very warm temperature.

the thing about the shirts though and the shorts is the clubs need to order a certain amount and it takes puma time to fill the order and the numbers and letters for the shirt are from one place which the elf have license if they run out then they can't supply. also county like other places and business have the 30 day rule where u invoice in 30 days and they pay in the next 30 so the suppliers will run to that even if county in 1/2 days settle the account. i know that last season alan and his team was emailing about the delivery of the shirts from puma on a daily
