What do we think? Good signing? Straight into the midfield? Alongside Vaughan?

Sounds like a top signing if he stays fit, another midfielder, three defenders, and a big target man  and we are sorted. In an ideal world a keeper to challenge fitz would be good but priorities lie elsewhere imho

Good signing but Notts needs to focus on the goal now, I don't have much faith in Ross Fitzsimons at the moment. The midfield and defence have both been improved, yet the issue still persists.

Terrific signing, looks to have the skill set we’ve been needing all season , agree in alongside with Vaughn could be the enforcer for Vaughn’s quality , good start to the window , coyp , the only way is up 

Sounds like a good signing, he may be older than most signings but he'll have more experience.

Exactly the type of player the club needs.

I hope he can come in and settle well, he could be a massive link between the midfield and defence. Hopefully we can keep him fit too.

This seems to be just what Notts need.I hope he lives up what NA says of him and also that his attitude rubs off on his new teammates

He looks a very capable signing for Notts, I am surprised he came TBH.

Very good signing by the looks of things, it just goes to show if you allow the club to conduct their business signings will happen rather than badgering the owner on Twitter.

Alessandro got a full shift in today. For me it's O'Brien, Kellet Alessandro.. And fingers and toes and everything else well and truly crossed ???? ????????

Just the sort of player we needed last season as well, he will be skipper next season.

Sounds like the ong overdue O'Connor replacement, perfect. Bradford fans seem to be unhappy that he's gone, which is a good sign. Sounds promising.

Very good experienced player signed here, he looks a good coup.

Only time will tell if hes a good signing, but he does sound good.

Looks a capable player but can only do his job properly if those around him matches his work rate.

He had a good debut but I was concerned how easily he got annoyed with the lack of effort and application around him. He could be a key signing for the club if allowed to do his job well.

Need a couple more players like him if Notts wants to remain in League Two, Notts look worse with Duffy back in the squad.

Looks okay but ineffective due to the players around him, the tactics seems all wrong.

Looks to be a good player but he needs to attack a little more wisely, if hes going to sit back and defend give the ball quicker to whoever can distribute it faster.

I am hoping he can make a difference, I fear he's not enough and I would hope 2 more players could come in. As I feel Notts needs another winger myself.

He doesn't seem anything special, I don't know why some fans are hyping him as a single saviour for the club. I felt he's been very disappointing and barely impacted the team.

I want to see more from him but he looks a good signing, one made too late for me. If he was here at the start of the season his experience and attitude may have had more impact. I just doubt it will at this stage.

On paper he's a great signing and I feel he's done well so far, he's fired up and does all the right things.
