  1. Yeovil joined us in League 2 this season. It hasn't been easy for them. 9 points from 12 games sees them 1 place above the drop zone. They are an average side at best.
Anything less than a home win would be disappointing. 3-1 to Notts. Izzy (2) and Burke.

  2. @[member="Blackville"] and I are going to the Wigan - Leeds game on Saturday at Old Trafford. It'll be a great occasion with Kevin Sinfield, Jamie Peacock, Kylie Leuluai and Matty Bowen all retiring at the end of the game. A 73 000 sell-out

It'll also be interesting to see what the crowd is at Wastelands for the RWC (sic) match between England and Uruguay. It was an act of collosal hubris by the RFU to stage the game in direct competition with the Grand Final. It's certainly cost the game of Rugby Union a lot of friends in the north of England.

  3. I challenge you all to think of a better match of manager to club...

And the owner seems to have been disqualified again!!

  4. Saturday's Fixtures:
Birmingham City v Queens Park Rangers
    Middlesbrough v Fulham
    Bury v Rochdale
    Scunthorpe United v Shrewsbury Town
    Cambridge United v Northampton Town
    Leyton Orient v Oxford United

  5. there's a good article about Jon Stead when he spoke to

  6. happy birthday Izale 👍🏻 hopefully his birthday present is a hatrick.

As us in the kop would sing IZALE IZALE IZALE IZALE

  7. Hopefully we thrash Yeovil 5-0 and give me a early birthday present for Sunday 🍺🍺🍺🍺🎁🎁🎉🎉🎉🎉 Come on IZALE get a hatrick to

  8. apparently with the departure of Scot Bennett Blair Adams has been told he can go out on loan to an Notts are keen on offers I read yesterday that moniz had taken a call about another player and was Bennett as this report was published around 8pm yesterday so I would imagine Adams has no future an can leave which is a shame I like Adam he is a good full back I wouldn't be surprised to see snidjers loan listed and Murray when fully fit

  9. From the official site:

Due to the positioning of a Sky TV camera, supporters are advised of disruption to seating arrangements for Sunday's game.

Within the Kop Stand Upper Tier for Sundays fixture, there will be the requirement of a small number of Bench season card holders and match ticket buyers to change location.

We have attempted to keep the numbers of supporters required to move to a minimum, however those with season cards or match tickets need to move from the following areas:

    Kop Upper
    Blocks C & D
    Rows DD – TT
    Seats 65 – 90.

Supporters can change seats at the ticket office in advance or on the day of the game.

We would request that if any supporters simply choose to enter the Kop Stand on the day without changing seats in advance, please do not sit on any seat marked with a Bench season seat sticker.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. For assistance or any enquiries please contact the ticket office on 0115 9557210.

The club also wishes to remind supporters that the weekend's game takes place on Sunday as opposed to Saturday, with a 2.30pm kick-off.

Meanwhile the club shop will be closed this Saturday, opening instead from 10am on Sunday morning ahead of the game.

  10. Basically says we will not be brining in a CB on loan as we
already have nine or ten defenders as he said the nine were.

Audel Sprockel Sharpe Adams Amervor Atkknson and others.

This is what annoys me about this arrogant clown the issue is clear we can all see it from the stands we sit in .

Why can't he just admit the defenders he has brought in cannot defend and we need a CB but he thinks otherwise .

Oh well arrogance might cost him his job if we can't defend against Yeovil sorry but we deffo need a CB blatantly

  11. Have a watch of @[member="Cobby"]'s latest video.

  12. I'm not sure about you lot but I noticed little things today for example swerts at CB who got caught out for there first and McLeod up top on his own does not work and yes I know Plymouth played 451 etc which works away from home were we had our success last year you soak the pressure break and Nick it but the thought to put aborah at CB near the end was suicude and Jenner on for Campbell were is snidjers why isn't he considered he offers more of a threat then Campbell he has pace but scores and if I may add loach did okay but first goal watch his postioning it's all wrong I think he needs to get a half decent CB on loan because today we did well good possession but if McLeod had a spencer up top with him he'd be more dangerous I'm not sure what spencer has to do to get a sniff he'd be a handful at this level strength good in the air power the lot I really do think it's time to play two up top now we can't afford to start losing at home

  13. this lad seems to be making a name for himself scored again today as soon as he came on think that's a fair few goals for him now in the reserves wonder if hel get a go.

Spencer yet again score and snidjers seems to have linked up well with him I know it's only reserves but there scoring.

valencic is another one no were near the squad but scoring why can't some of these get a chance to prove I think there earning a chance specially Spencer

  14. Notts on the telly on Sunday. I suspect that when this fixture was picked the broadcaster felt it would be a top of the table clash. They were half right. Plymouth are top of the pile heading into the game. 2 defeats in 11 games. Still in the JPT after a fantastic derby win over Exeter. Scoring goals and a mean defence.
Plymouth have a strong squad. Power and pace mixed with great passing and composure. A joy to watch. Luke McCormick is one of the best keepers in the division. Graeme Carey is a midfield general. Reuben Reid scores goals and his partner in crime? Jake Jervis who is thriving at Argyle.
I have no idea what RM will do next. 2 crushing defeats in a week and Hollis suspended for Sunday (I think) after a straight red (I think) on Tuesday. Stead is the bright side with 2 goals in 2 games.
I'm a big fan of what Plymouth have put together, in fact I envy them. No messing, get on with the job. They will be a stern test for Notts. Notts are a different side at home though. I'll go for 1-1. Stead again. Campbell to star for us.

  15. bet this government love us young lads when we pass a driving test oh how much can we charge them oh a spoiler.

extra 400 quid charge right there I'm to scared to even start drivin lessons again as what's the point if I pass I get my car.

as soon as I add a speaker itl be classed as a target to charge me sky high funds

  16. himself to watching the JPT final on the telly.

    What?

  17. Just hearing on the news that from today more balls have been added to the lottery, your chances of winning the old lottery were 14 million to 1 and now they are 45 million to 1!!

I did the lottery once or twice when it first started and quickly realised it was never going to be me. At the time my colleagues where I worked had a syndicate, I was the only one who refused to join, they dreamt of winning and leaving me to do all the work in the office, of course it never happened and I counted up how much I had saved over the years and had great delight in telling them.

Anyone here do the lottery? Will you continue with the new rules now?

  18. Now the dust has settled on the Shane Meadows drama, I am interested to hear people's view on the recent 4 partner and the whole series as well.

    What did you think?

  19. Due to the international break there are no championship fixtures this weekend, so instead we'll have three fixtures from league one and another three from league two.

    Saturday's Fixtures:
    Bury v Wigan Athletic
    Southend United v Port Vale
    Swindon Town v Peterborough United
    Carlisle United v Morecambe
    Oxford United v AFC Wimbledon
Yeovil Town v Dagenham & Redbridge

  20. From today if you want a plastic bag when you go shopping you will have to pay 5p. This is being introduced to help stem the mountain of bags that find their way into landfills, rivers, seas, the countryside etc. the bags take a while to biodegrade and can harm wildlife.

It won't affect us much as we have been using the "bags for life" for a while now and very rarely forget them when we go shopping.

I think this is a good thing, apparently when this happened in Wales it had an immediate affect, let's hope the same applies here.

What do you think? Are you annoyed you will have to pay 5p or pleased that something is being done to help the environment?

I'd like @[member="AmericanPie"], @[member="Canadian"] and @[member="DangerousSausage"] to comment too, what happens in your respective countries?

  21. Nicky wroe has joined Halifax Town today on a initial one month loan deal

  22. a lot of people at the game have all said the same thing last night no effort no team spirit players not communicating with one an other and players looking like they didn't want to be out there or play for moniz it really makes me wonder has he pissed a few off because to me that's very worrying when players don't look arsed or have no fight in them for a manager I think it's fair to say behind the scenes rumours can be looking more likely the first team at orient that he dropped wasn't told til a few hours before an put them back in tonight people at the game were saying they didn't even look botherd or interested I think his time is ending sorry but as soon as the players show no fight for you it's not gonna work out dropping them at orient really seems to have affected them a lot an upset some

  23. I don't know about you lot but I already have a bad feeling about tomrrow and I'm already nervous I just feel Plymouth are on fire at the minute and if we lose its 3in a row and we ain't movin anywhere fast i know it's only October but it will be half way thro October by Yeovil and we could still be 16th and in a realistic fans view it's not good enough at all even the most optimistic would say it's not good enough hope they boys prove me wrong but I can't see it I'm excited but nervous at same time as I think moniz doesn't have a clue about this league still
