More suffering for supporters  of a team with incompetent owner. We all know how that felt.

I hope Southend manage to pull through and find a new owner who can just restore them to being a club without the financial drama.

Southend needs a lifeline; it’s terrible what they’re experiencing, but we’ve been there. I hope they manage to sort it out in time.

Really hope they survive. Far too often it happens where an owner fails a club only for the club to be punished. More needs to be done to prevent this happening.

As Notts County fans we can empathise with their fans, we’ve been there a few times during my 60 odd years being a supporter, I really hope they survive.

I hate hearing about news like this. Just because it’s been adjourned, it doesn’t mean they have survived because they still have to go back. It’s just horrible for the fans of a football club in this situation.

Hopefully, Southend will come good in time. It’s not nice to see a club struggle. They need to freshen things up and find a new owner; they deserve that at the very least.

It would be good if they managed to survive. What’s happening to clubs is awful.

I wish Southend well. They got on my nerves when we played them, but I wish their fans all the best. It’s those that suffer, but I hope they cut out the annoying chants when they play other teams. It’s not effective. If they want to achieve something similar, they should aim for what Coventry City fans did. That was more vocal and to the point.

Southend looks like a team that is on the verge of bankruptcy. Their fans have every right to be concerned due to their owner. I think they need a miracle to escape being forced to resolve. I hope it’s not the case, but it does look worrying.

I wish Southend all the best. Last season was grim for them, but it’s even more important that they sort out their finances. The next 40-odd days are going to seem like forever to their fans.

Best of luck to Southend. It would be a football crime to see them join Bury. I hope they survive the next time they appear in court and that there is some good news for their fans.

I hope Southend and their fans can weather this storm. It would be a shame to see another club go the way of Bury.

Southend looks awkwardly in deep trouble. I can’t see how this will be resolved by the time they are next due in court. I hate to write this, but where are they getting the money from? Their chairman won’t be paying it.

I hope they survive and get an owner that will help them become more financially stable.

I hope that Southend managed to resolve their issues in time for the next court appearance. We have been in this situation with Notts and the last two owners, where we seemed to delay making the payment and flirted with the risk of being forced to fold. I hope for the sake of their fans that it can be overcome.

It’s not a good sign to see them being given time, instead of the matter being settled. I think most of the time these delays are just to buy time and there is a real risk that the next time it won’t be paid but an attempt will be made to delay it even longer, which is very dangerous. I hope Southend manages to weather the storm.

I hope Southend manages to overcome this and come back stronger. It’s not nice to see a team struggling to exist. Their fans have been massively let down by the owners.

It is disheartening to see teams struggle, and the suffering that Southend is experiencing seems never-ending.
