For me, it's between Jon Stead, Enzio Boldewijn and Jamie Turley.

I'm hoping to compare the results to that of the end of season poll but I voted for Enzio because he's been the brute force for much of the games. He makes a real difference when playing, his form and contributions at times can be questionable but he's playing at this level for a reason. I feel he played a big part in the games we've won so far, much more than some of the others and although Kane Hemmings has done well.

I just feel it's nowhere near to my selection.

A field where dreams become reality.

jon stead before he was over played and burned out, hes a game changer even at his age and hes just a natural workhorse on the pitch. hes missed when he does not play imo.

Jamie Turley, since he's come in his provided some stability at the back. Duffy and Brisley are shocking together. Cant string a pass between them. Turley and Ward have provided SOME stability but I think Turley shows he cares more and I enjoy watching his no nonsense defending as @Magic magpie would say. So therefore I have chosen him.

Jamie Turley hasn't been here long enough to deserve it in my opinion.

I voted for Enzio Boldewijn because he crops up when it matters and does generally play well.

Jon Stead by no stretch of the imagine he has been the best player on the pitch, a revelation once given the armband.

I agree Harry Kewell burned him out though.

Kane Hemmings hasn't been bad at all, he's similar to Jon Stead but he's a lot more direct.

For me I couldn't consider any of the others.

Best player Jon Stead!

Do we miss him now? Of course we do, we always struggle to score without him.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

Difficult, Turley has been a revelation since arrival but he hasn’t been here long. Stead has stepped up a notch this season. Enzio has done ok, but not constantly over 90 minutes for me. Alesandra has played some of his best football since joining.

I’ll plump for Turley because without the rejuvenated defence and the 5 games unbeaten we would be sunk by now.

I think Jamie Turley has been good for us, along with Jon Stead too. Enzio can go missing at times. Ross improving a lot.

Enzio for me, he has been mostly class this season.

All the players have had bad spells but he's been the best going forward.

I voted for Jon Stead.

He's my choice so far, Enzio Boldwijn is close as is Jamie Turley.

Jon Stead gets my vote too.

His injury has been a massive blow to the club.

"Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value."

Jon Stead has been far the biggest, most important and best player of the season so far.

Jon Stead would always get my vote for this, he has proven his worth time and time again. His return will be massive to the starting 11.
