At first he offered Notts something different but he's slowly worked himself back into the pit of being nothing but average. I would agree with the calls from fans that suggest he's nowehere near 100% fit. He looks tired after 30 minutes and that's when he becomes inconsistent for me. He's no longer needed, I would prefer Will Patchings or Tom Crawford to start because they can shape their career.
