So as a kid and as a adult I always heard people say that I’m a ....! Supporter but my second team is .!

My question is do you have a second team and if so which team.?

So today I was talking to my dad about County, also about games and that  the fact he loved going and how he would take my uncle Phil to County and got him involved it then my uncle phill took me to my first ever game. And how Phil could still remember my dad taking him and I could remember him taking me. Does anybody have any memories or family traditions like that or have you got any family or friends into Notts County.?

So what has everybody been upto so far in the close season? Are you ready to get things underway?

If you been away, working, relaxing etc. Share some of your favourite bits beneath my post.

Today I’m in a nostalgic mood. Earlier I mentioned Tony Hateley and I thought of someone else who deserves a mention-Les Bradd. Les Bradd was born in Buxton and is Notts County’s all time leading goalscorer  with  125, also an amazing 398 appearances. Although in his early 70’s he's still very active with the club and his charity work makes him a true gentleman of the game. Does anyone remember watching him play or hearing a relative talking about him. If you want read Les Bradd story in our Pon alumni page by joe jones the link is below

If you had to pick the teams to be promoted and relegated from League Two currently, who would you pick?

Promoted - MK, Notts, Northampton, Lincoln

Relegated - Morecambe, Macclesfield

PS: Again, I know it's early

Who would you just as your top 3 chairman's to have brought success to Notts County?

Name them in order below.

David De gea for Country and United normally is one of the best but this World Cup you have to say he hasn’t lived up to some names he has been given what do you guys think.?

So Argentina won’t be lifting the World Cup after a humbling 4-3 loss to France. Are you shocked about that or was that what you was expecting it.?

So today myself  @Chris and @super_ram and @super_pie got our tickets for the friendly at Meadow Lane anybody got there tickets yet. If so maybe do a Pon meet before or after the game.

Rumoured to be signing for Lincoln in next few days. Might be a bum steer, but if he goes there, then they are looking a little more solid now! Good signing for whoever gets him.

Fee agreed with unnamed club. Just needs personal terms and medical to be completed. Would have been a good one for Notts, but can’t see it with Dennis and Hemmings as well up front.

Well I would like to say bye bye Ronaldo off Home you go don’t let the plain door hit you on the way home ...!

Hahahahaha, bye bye.

There's plenty of players who have become icons at Notts or, have enjoyed a successful loan spell etc.

I'm curious if any other PON members keep tracks on former players? Weather they be youths, ex pros, loans etc - I would like to know who and why.

Notts County strength and conditioning coach Mike Edwards is leaving the club.

‘Eddy’ enjoyed two spells with the Magpies, racking up well over 300 appearances and forming an important part of the backroom staff in recent seasons.

And the former Magpies captain, who was part of Steve Cotterill’s side that lifted the League Two title in 2009-10 and went on to enjoy a testimonial year, paid tribute to the supporters for their backing throughout his career at Meadow Lane.

“This place will always have a special place in my heart and the supporters are one of the main reasons for that,” he said.

“I’ve got too many special memories to mention but I have absolutely loved my time at Meadow Lane.

“The time has come for me to move on but I wish the gaffer, the lads and everyone connected with the club all the best for the upcoming season.”

Notts owner and chairman Alan Hardy added: “Mike is a legendary figure in these parts and we are very sorry to see him go.

“He has represented the club with consummate professionalism both as a player and staff member and leaves with everyone’s utmost respect.

“Mike will always be welcome at the Lane and I wish him all the very best in his future endeavours.”

I missed most of this past season, I know the main just but I am keen to get some updates from fans who witnessed the campaign themselves.

If you would, I’d like you give me your quick review of last season from start to finish.

Which players stood out?

How did the three points of the season go down? (Start, middle, ending)

Are you overall pleased?

Also, how can Kevin Nolan improve this upcoming term?

@Elite_pie @Piethagoram @Chris @DangerousSausage

Title says it all

At the minute, for me, this is it.

Prem - Man City

Champ - Middlesbrough

L1 - Portsmouth

L2 - MK

PS: I know it's early

So who is your favourite England manager.?

Peterborough made their ninth signing yesterday adding Sirike Dembele from Grimsby to their squad. It was for an undisclosed fee but I imagine it to be around 100k. It seems like Peterborough have only been signing League Two players this window, but they have a habit of turning them into gold dust that are quickly swept up by higher clubs.

The owner also expressed his interest on twitter regarding Jorge Grant and fans have been rumouring a potential swap + cash deal for Jack Marriott.

Should we have paid more attention to players like Dembele? All I can say is thank the lord we did not pay 100k for Noble. Also does this make the winger Danny Lloyd (Lloyd McGoldrick) available with the arrival of Dembele?
