Name three things you're good at doing?

The last point is the most truest, I wouldn't be here otherwise.

  1. Drawing - I've always loved this, when I was younger it was between art and football. I spent a lot of time doing both activities.
  2. Writing - I didn't learn to write until I moved schools, the teachers never bothered and I always struggled until my mum put me into Rosslyn Primary School. Year 6 is where my teacher Mr Jackson made me read out loud in class to everyone, I hated it at first but I grew in confidence. I appreciated this approach in hindsight, as he was patient and would correct what I read wrongly by prompting me. It's from here, that I learned to enjoy poetry and the rest seems history now.
  3. Helping others - As a child I would always open doors for my elders, if I saw someone carrying an item I would open the door - on holiday I used to look after children so that their parents could have some down time (it also gave the children something to do at times). My brother and I, would keep them occupied and my family made some wonderful friends over the years do to this. I always try to do right by others, it's something my parents instilled into me.

I could write more, on a different day I might name three different things - it all depends on my mood.

I used to play football a lot, I haven't so much in recent years but I would consider myself good at armature level.

I'm very good at sleeping! Nobody can wake me up if I want to kip for longer. ????

I'm also good at gardening, as I have taken care of my parents home since my early teens. My dad can't use heavy machinery, so I take care of it.

Should I ask Er indoors? I am sure my wife would tell me I'm good at less than three things.

Driving, Drinking and Talking.

Drinking, Keeping still, DIY.

I'm getting on a bit but I can still drink, rest and do most household maintenance.

Waking up early: I do this without any issues, in fact I enjoy it.

Security: I have a keen eye for attention, awareness and knowing if someone is up to something.

Keeping fit: It’s a must if you take my line of work seriously.

Writing, arguing (in a patient but often passive-aggressive way), and gathering, remembering and imparting useless information.
