The question says it all
So tonight is the turn of the Manchester clubs in the first game of the champions league.
Manchester United v young boys
Manchester City v Lyon
also Real start there defence of the trophy against Roma.
Are watching any of the games tonight maybe get a score prediction you lovely people.
So it may only have been a 3-3 draw at the weekend against Stevenage and sources close to the club say that Harry wasn’t happy with the result.
But I think that we started to build positives the out field players played so well .. we didn’t give up we lead three times and played there best all season.
My question is can build on the positives and the momentum that we have started to build up.
It may be only one game but for me a A great game and the Northampton game I think may just be the first win of the season and I’d we build on it and put a good shift in.

Have you ever done a random act of kindness to anyone or been on the receiving end of one?
A friend recently went to a wedding and had to stay in a nearby hotel she went into the restaurant to have a meal and was a bit sad because she was dining out alone for the first time since her husband died. However she enjoyed a nice meal and asked for the bill, the waiter told her that her bill had been paid by a Canadian couple who had left the restaurant, apparently in Canada it’s an old tradition that if you see a women dining alone you pay the bill for her.
What a great story my friend was gobsmacked and couldn’t thank the couple because they had left but she is determined to pay their kindness on when she gets chance.

I’ll start this off today!
Today it’s back to work in the other job, childminding. My wife has two extra children today so I’m needed at the house to keep the basics running smoothly!
Don't mind this really, but I draw the line at changing nappies!
This afternoon another round of visiting residents. The area I am aiming to represent, Coxmoor in Kirkby in Ashfield, has hit the headlines recently due to a few certain characters and their causing Anti Social issues. One was given a keep away order by the courts on Sunday and was promptly seen back in the estate within hours. Fortunately the residents have kept reporting this to the police and he has been hit with a heavy fine on his rearrested. My part is to encourage the residents to keep reporting and to tread a fine line discussing the need to report and ensuring people know the police are doing their bit and the courts need to step up and do there’s rather than expecting someone to suddenly behave.

Please try to keep this constructive, as I can see the possible negativity from discussing Dan Jones but if people can refrain from being fair on Ross Fitzsimons surely the same can be done for Jones?
I prefer Cedric Evina as a defender, he looks solid and at the back and good going forward.
I feel his debut was acceptable, the first half would have had him in contention for me as the man of the match. He just slowed down and became a little out of it in the second half. I do think he will improve but I wonder how consistent he can be?
Does this leave Jones as the back up for the left back?
Would he suit best in a squad rotation role?
Or does his future seem destined to be moved into midfield or a centre back role? He's fast and has the height, he can win and defend. His weaknesses for me comes from the lack of cover and committing to attack.

Good morning PoN, it’s been a wild windy night here in the south west, what with the wind and the stomach ache I had it wasn’t a brilliant night for sleeping. I nearly always get stomach ache when I’ve had fish and chips the day before, when will I ever learn? They were lovely though.
Well today we are packing up the van once more and moving to another site in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire we are looking forward to looking round it’s somewhere we’ve never been but I’ve promised myself no fish and chips.
Have a great day everyone let us know what you’re up to.
Ok so call me insane I’m used to it but I feel the playoffs are not gone yet a few wins a bit of confidence and I think we could be back in the hunt. I know right now that’s bleak very bleak but while the games and points are there I believe...!! COYP

I know it is a bit early and @Magic magpie normally takes the lead on this.
However I am attending my first away game of the season at Sixfields so it would be interesting to know who will also be making the trip down south.
If so maybe a few of us can meet up for a beer. Ill be getting there about 1:30pm So I will have plenty of time.

Good morning PoN it’s cloudy here at the moment and it’s been a very mild night, I had to throw the covers off while sleeping in the campervan.
Today we are planning a walk town the beach to Burnham it’s about 3 miles so 6 round trip, hopefully we’ll find a nice pub for some lunch.
How is everyone today ? What are your plans?
he seems a development sort of player, so maybe karl henry could still be on the cards?
romario is 20 years old, hes been with leeds but has yet to make his debut for any club professionally. he was born bissau, guinea-bissau. what do you think about this?

I’m bored and tired of this negativity. We need to start taking positives, the first one this is Harry’s first League match it won’t be instant success... we hit the bar came close on a few times ... I mean come on let get positive guys and girls

Here are my player ratings for today's game based on /10.
Fitzsimmons 3/10 - Made some saves that were straight at him but apart from that distribution was poor, decision making was woeful and I think he is making Mark Crossley look like a mug. Crossley was getting so frustrated on the touchline today so I assume he's not doing as he's told.
Turley - 6/10 - Solid debut. Not as pacey as Tootle but he does well in the air and I think provides perfect competition. Well Done that lad.
Ward - 5/10 - Average but didn't attack any set pieces.
Brisely - 5/10 - Improved massively without Duffy. Him and Ward do well together. Would have given him a higher score but we conceded 3 and the defence have to be held accountable for part of that.
Evina - 7/10 - Brilliant debut. Good first touch, good runs and can work really well with Boldewjin. Much better replacement than Dan Jones.
Boldewjin - 8/10 - Fantastic goal along with some really good runs and effort today. He loves cutting in and with his quick feet defenders just can't do anything about it. Starting to show his price tag and live up to his hype.
Milsom - 6/10 - Doing his job as a ball winning midfielder, so much better than Hewitt.
Husin - 7/10 - Played really well and chased the ball and won it back if he lost it. Surprised at first he was chosen over Vaughan but filled in perfectly. Delivery on corners is still poor but that can be worked on.
Alessandra - 9/10 (MOTM) - Best performance in a Notts shirt by this man today. Quality. It would have been 10 if he had gotten a goal. Provided some clear cut chances and an assist with an amazing ball to Boldewjin for his goal. Best player on the pitch today, his work rate was second to none.
Stead - 7/10 - Played well holding the ball up, should have put a chance early on in the second half away but other than that played brilliantly.
Hemmings - 8/10 - Again effort was faultless. Deserved his goal and he loved celebrating it in front of the KOP. Really chuffed with him and think him and Stead work well together. I am left wondering if he even wants to play with Dennis. Pat on the back needed for Kane today.
No subs really made an impact so 5/10 for each (Tootle and Thomas). Overall I think we deserved the 3pts but yet again we are sat here scratching our heads of why a keeper was not brought in the window. Fitz's confidence is shot and I would rather have Collin back to be totally honest with you. Positioning is poor and distribution is woeful. But ... we are all human and I do feel sorry for him as I know he cares and wants to do well, I can only think there is problems off the field which he needs to sort out. I think for his own sanity though he needs to have a 1-1 meeting with Kewell to discuss his plans and future at this football club as he is just not cut out for league football.

Model professional, I am sure he knows there's more than a defensive issue but I feel he knows confidence is a big thing throughout the squad.
I think Stead looks better in the team this season with better players around him, he's also thrived under the competition of Dennis and Hemmings replacing him.
Jon's won fans over again, hope he can remain in form. He seems to be in the zone and one of our best players right now.
Right now defence is a issue tootle and Duffy injured Jones is suspended but we have signed a couple of defenders but they need a bit of time to adjust.
Whats your thoughts guys ?
